HOW TO MEASURE:
Chest is measured at the widest point of the chest, just below armpits.
Waist is measured at the narrowest point of the torso. Usually, the mid point between the lowest rib and hip bone, around the belly button.

registration confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details and next steps, once payment is confirmed.
departure dates
You will be able to pick up your registration package from the city of Sibiu on either June 4 or June 5, between 8am and 6pm. The exact location will be communicated to registered users a few weeks before the start.
Route GPX
The preliminary route .GPX file will be sent to all participants to their registered email, as soon as the registration closes, approximately 2 months before the start.

Each participant will be required to identify with an official ID document and sign the Self Responsibility Declaration at the start.

For your safety, you must have with you:
- Certified bicycle helmet (must be worn while riding)
- GPS device or smartphone with GPS navigation (with GPX track loaded)
- Mobile phone and battery charger/power bank
- Front white light and rear red light
- First aid kit (basic personal medical supplies)
- Bicycle repair kit (including spare tubes, multi-tool, pump / CO2 inflator)
- Passport or national identity card (valid travel document)
- Reflective elements (recommended for visibility)
- Whistle or bell (recommended for signaling)
- Rain jacket and warm layers (recommended for variable mountain weather)
- Pepper spray (recommended)
